Not only adults, but also anybody can do whatever they want.
Everybody has to power to do what he or she wants, even if it involves bending
or breaking the rules. However, adults carry a more dominant role when they
don’t have much higher authorities to punish them for wrong doings as children
have on the other hand. However, there should be a stopping point when people
realize if their actions are having negative effect on others. If they were a
person with good morals, then they should know to stop.
